Registration Fee - One Time, Lifetime

A one-time registration fee is charged for each student at the time of enrollment.

Registration Fees

• First Child: $30 per semester
• Second Child: $20 per semester
• Third Child and Beyond: $15 per semester

Registration fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.

Commitment Scholarship

At Toledo Met, we believe students thrive when they have the opportunity to explore a variety of performing arts disciplines. Through our Commitment Scholarship, families receive reduced tuition rates as their dancer's weekly training hours increase.  Simply put, the more classes a student takes each week, the lower the cost per class. Please refer to the Commitment Scholarship Tuition Tables below for discounted tuition rates.

Private lessons are not eligible for Commitment Scholarship pricing.

Production Fees

Students participating in The Nutcracker and/or Elf Jr. will be assessed the following production fees:

• Production Fee: $150 per performer (Due September 16, 2026)
• Costume Rental Fee: $75 per performer (Due October 15, 2026)

Production and costume fees are separate from semester tuition.

Sibling Discount

Toledo Met is pleased to offer sibling discounts for qualifying classes.

• Student #1 (highest tuition total): Full tuition
• Student #2 (second-highest tuition total): 5% discount
• Student #3 and Beyond: 10% discount

Private lessons, production fees, costume fees, competition fees, and other program-specific fees are not eligible for sibling discounts.

Tuition Payment Options

Families may choose the payment option that best fits their needs.

• Pay in Full
• Semester tuition may be paid in full by check or credit card on or before August 31, 2026.  Credit card payments are subject to a 4% convenience fee to offset processing costs.

Five-Month Installment Plan

Families may also choose to pay semester tuition in five monthly installments.

Credit Card Payments - Installments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the following dates:

• August 31, 2026
• September 15, 2026
• October 15, 2026
• November 15, 2026
• December 15, 2026

A 4% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.

Check Payments - Families paying by check may submit their monthly payment any time between the 15th and 22nd of each month, providing a seven-day grace period.

Payment Windows

• August 22–31, 2026 (Aligns with start of semester)
• September 15–22, 2026
• October 15–22, 2026
• November 15–22, 2026
• December 15–22, 2026

Checks should be delivered to the Toledo Met office during the payment window. If payment has not been received by the close of business on the 22nd of the month, the credit card on file will be charged for that month's tuition installment.

Prorated Tuition - Late Start

Students who enroll after the semester has begun will receive prorated tuition. Tuition is calculated based on the number of classes remaining in the semester, so families are only charged for the instruction their dancer will receive.

Tuition Assistance Program

Toledo Met is committed to making high-quality performing arts education accessible to families whenever possible.

Tuition assistance applies only to semester tuition and does not cover registration fees, production fees, costume fees, competition fees, private lessons, or other program-related expenses.
